Our house is SOLD!! Yay!! We just got done signing off on the offer with our realtor. We ended up getting pretty close to our asking price and the timing is really good, so we're happy. The main thing is that I don't have to clean the house for any more showings! It sounds like the buyer is a single guy with a significant other of some sort (hopefully she has good taste so it doesn't become a party pad :) ).
Oh My Gosh! Congratulations! I'm so excited for you guys. I was hoping it wouldn't be too much longer for you, especially with the repeated showings, ets. Is that your actual sign in your yard or a stock photo? We haven't gotten our "sale pending" or "sold" rider yet. How fun! And I hear ya about the cleaning-for-a-showing thing! :) :) And since you close at the end of this month, you can probably transition into the new place pretty smoothly. Awesome :)
